Work & Edition Details
Triosätze (GeWV 334) by Harald Genzmer is a 17-minute work for two oboes and bassoon and is here published posthumously for the first time. Harald Genzmer (1909–2007) was one of the most versatile and prolific composers of his time. He began composition studies in Berlin in 1928 with Paul Hindemith, who was a decisive influence. The Triosätze is a characteristically approachable work, and makes for an engaging recital piece for intermediate players.
