Work & Edition Details
I wrote this as a wedding present for Wendy de St Paer and Marcel Becker, and it was performed as they arrived at their wedding reception. It's a lighthearted romp through lots of tunes you wouldn't be surprised to hear at a wedding, including Widor's Toccata, The Arrival of the Queen of Sheba by Handel, the Bridal Chorus from Lohengrin ('Here Comes the Bride') by Wagner, The Wedding March by Mendelssohn, Pachelbel's Canon and the Hallelujah Chorus by Handel.
