Work & Edition Details
First performance by Saskia Lankhoorn on 25 January 2014 in Theater Korzo, The Hague. In Attachments the piano is prepared 'enharmonically', meaning that several of the strings are prepared in such a way that they create secondary tones which can vibrate against ordinary, struck pitches. When preparing the piano it is thus important to check these prepared strings against the ordinary ones in order to find the point of optimal vibration.
