Work & Edition Details
Vibraphone, marimba 5 octaves, 5 timpanis and sizzle cymbal. ' CHACONNE PLUS ' for percussion was written for the international competition of percussion of Paris-Ville d'Avray and dedicated to Alain Beghin. This work is built on a very structured musical material which associates the melodic modes of Olivier Messiaen with scales in 12 tones of Arnold Schoenberg.
