This part plays an extensive role in the piece and should be considered a solo part.Keyboard II is for a single-manual sampler and plays exclusively sampled percussion sounds, most of which are either unpitched or only relatively pitched. The written pitches for this part bear no resemblance to the resulting sounds.Only software provided by Boosey & Hawkes should be used in performance.
