Work & Edition Details
The Swiss composer Alfred Baum created an extensive compositional oeuvre, in which the organ plays a central role.. A special segment of his output consists of chamber music works for solo instruments and organ. “Interludium” for violin, cello and organ (1978/79) is the third of a triptych-like series of works composed over a number of decades. It’s both suitable for concert use and for use in ecclesiastical service.
