Homecoming is a calming and contemplative work written for wind orchestra that melodically depicts scenes of one‰ŰŞs delight and relief upon returning home, as it also explores the natural mix of evolving emotions felt when one realizes that things are not exactly as they once were, all of which leads to the eventual resolution as one comes to accept the changes.
