Work & Edition Details
The two program music for organ musically trace the greatest catastrophes of mankind in nuclear power plants so far. Both works begin solemnly and as a sign of an "ideal world" with the national anthem of the respective country, lead over a slowly approaching disaster into the description of the disaster that triggers the nuclear catastrophe. After this shock, an attempt is made to find a new normality. But it is difficult to succeed. Nothing is like before! With the hope for a better world, both pieces end with a children's song, giving much space for reflection. These compositions will captivate the audience and trigger strong emotions in them.
