Work & Edition Details
Allele was written as part of "Music from the Genome", a Wellcome Trust funded research project. Its first performances were given in July 2010 by the New London Chamber Choir, directed by James Weeks, at the Diamond Synchrotron in Oxford, Cheltenham College Chapel as part of the Cheltenham Festival and the Royal Society of Medicine in London.
