Work & Edition Details
The works contained within this collection were born out of commissions by the Organum Society of Helsinki. Organum Society's function is to support organ music and organ as a performing art. In 2014 the society commissioned works by eight Finnish composers to write works for young and very young organists. All the works were premiered in a concert in March 2016, at the Helsinki Cathedral by young organists, youngest being 12 years old at the time.
