雷贝卡·桑德斯（Rebecca Saunders）的《非此即彼》（Either Or）是一部为两支双喇叭口小号（double-bell trumpets）而作的作品，时长约22分钟。该作脱胎于其大型作品《YES》，是一部音响洪亮饱满且质感澄澈通透的双小号杰作。
《非此即彼》于2020年9月9日在柏林音乐节（Musikfest Berlin）举行世界首演，由马尔科·布劳（Marco Blaauw）与内森·普拉特（Nathan Plate）担纲演奏。
