Work & Edition Details
“Adónde vas, Fernando incauto” with words and music by Fernando Sor, despite the date 1811 given in the original edition, probably dates in fact from the time of the Seville junta of 1809 (on this dating see the new 2020 third edition of my book Fernando Sor Composer and Guitarist which is in nkoda). This song has a steady and uninterrupted march tempo in the background, a dramatic compositional idea indeed.
