Work & Edition Details
The Coswiger Sonatine (1999) was written as a commissioned work for the single-manual Renaissance organ of the Old Church in Coswig. Certain restrictions and peculiarities had to be observed in the composition, such as middle-tone tuning, attached pedal and "short octave". Of course, this work can also be played on modern instruments. The well-known organ virtuoso Matthias Eisenberg took over the first performance at its destination in June 2000.
